Governing Boards
The ESNCM is governed under the umbrella of the Birzeit University Board of Trustees, and under this arrangement the Board of Trustees created a sub-committee called the ESNCM Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board approves development plans, annual budgets and regulations. The ESNCM has a general administration, based in Birzeit and headed by the General Director, and branch administrations headed by the Branch Directors. A central academic board sets the academic policy of the Conservatory, which is reviewed on a regular basis.
