There are currently five branches of the ESNCM, located in  Ramallah, Beit Sahour, Nablus, Gaza,  nd in partnershio with te Jerusalem Socierty for Music Research and Education ( The National Conservatory of Music) in Jerusalem,. Each branch is run by a branch manager, and employs an academic supervisor and an administrative assistant who handle the day-to-day running of their branch. The branch manager reports to the central Administrative Board in Jerusalem, and the academic supervisor is a member of the central Academic Board. This setup makes room for the future opening of new branches on one hand, and on the other hand, it guarantees the same level of education and services to the students and community in whichever city the ESNCM has or opens a branch. In addition the ESNCM has an Activity Center in the town of Birzeit, just north of Ramallah, a Recording Studio and a musical instrument shop in the Ramallah Branch, and a String Instrument Workshop in the Bethlehem Branch.
