10 July deadline for paying the first installment of fees 10 November deadline for paying the second installment of fees
- Students will not be given their teaching schedule until the total fee has been received, either in cash or through postdated cheques.

Scholarship application forms are available at all the branches, and must be submitted not later than 15th April for continuing students, and along with the registration applcation for new students.
The scholarship committee in each branch is independent of the ESNCM administration, and advises the administration in allocating scholarships, based on the following criteria:

- The instrument on which the student is studying or wishes to study (the ESNCM allocates these priorities on an annual basis)
Discounts
* Automatic 10% discount in fees for any siblings studying at ESNCM
* If a student studies a second instrument in addition to his/her main instrument, fees will be calculated on the following basis:
1. If the second instrument lesson is 30 minutes weekly, it will be considered as amateur program fees.
2. If the second instrument study includes additional theoretical lessons and group lessons, it will be considered financially as an additional regular program fee.
* If a student receives an economic scholarship, the sibling discount will be considered as part of the scholarship and is not in addition to it.
*It is not possible for a student to receive a scholarship for a second instrument.
Academic Scholarships
ESNCM awards academic scholarships which are entirely separate from the economic scholarships. Below are ESNCM’s Academic Scholarships:
- Instrument Promotion Scholarship: ESNCM grants partial or full scholarships to encourage students to learn to play a specific instrument, as part of its strategy to promote certain instruments which are vital for ensembles. Interested students should enquire at their respective branches if this scholarship is available, and for which instrument.
- Extra Time Scholarship: In certain cases, ESNCM provides extra time during the individual weekly class if it sees that this time may help better develop the student’s skills. These scholarships are designated for students who are diligent in their home practice, and cannot pay extra for more time. This scholarship is awarded based on a request from the teacher and the academic counselor with approval from ESNCM’s General Director.
- Limited Extra Time Scholarship: in certain cases, ESNCM grants extra time during the weekly class, or an additional weekly class, if it sees that this time may help better develop the student’s skills, and where the teacher has some free time during the academic year. This scholarship is time-limited and is granted by the branch’s manager.
- Merit-Based Scholarship: in certain cases, ESNCM grants a partial or full academic scholarship for advanced students who have demonstrated extraordinary ability and diligence. This scholarship is granted by the branch manager, with approval from the General Director, and is dependent on the financial capabilities of the conservatory.
