As part of the institute’s vision to highlight talents of the young generation, especially of girls, the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music organized an evening of classical music performed by brilliant Palestinian female musicians. The concert took place at Faisal Husseini Theater in the Yabous Cultural Center in Jerusalem and featured Annie Aslanian and Nasita Al Jubeh on piano, Iman Abbasi and Rand Khoury on cello, Leen Tarazi on flute, and Maya Atari on violin. The female performers are all between 15 and 23 years old.
