“Ma’qoul” (Reasonably)

The song “Ma’qoul” has been released in a co-production between the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music and Al-Mayadeen Channel. With lyrics by Ibrahim Abu Seifan and a melody by Mahmoud Abu Mariam, it has been arranged by Issa Boulos and sung by Azza Alnahhal and is part of the album Shurufat hat includes eleven songs. This album was produced in cooperation with Tamer Institute for Community Education as part of the “Together We Create” project. It targeted groups of young people aged 14 to 18 years, aiming to help them discover new or dormant interests and encourage various modes of expression – whether through literary writing, musical composition, or drawing – under the supervision of a group of experts in these fields. Other songs included in the album are “I hear music”, “You and I”, “When the days”, “An imaginary end”, “The moon rose”, “On the enamel I found an old picture”, “September paper”, “Sea wave”, and “This means what?”
