Registration for next academic year and summer programs
The ESNCM opened registration for the academic year for continuing and new students. Instruments offered at the branches are oud, buzuq, qanoun, Arabic percussion, piano, guitar, strings, woodwind and brass instruments. In addition Arab singing, theoretical subjects, Arab and Western choirs, and music kindergarten are offered. Registration takes place in all the six branches of the ESNCM in Ramallah, Jerusalem, Bethlehem (Tchaikovsky Music School), Beit Sahour, Gaza and Nablus, as well as the ESNCM program in Hebron. ESNCM accepts students from 5 years upwards.
At the same time the ESNCM summer programs have been announced, and will take place over two three-week periods in June and July. The summer programs contain two options. First is the “Natatif” program, which is a general music program ideally suited for children with little or no music experience. Natatif consists of getting to know the different musical instruments; music appreciation; group percussion; and choir. The second option is the “Anamel” program, in which students take three lessons per week on one instrument. This is ideal for students who already play and wish to have an intensive period of learning and practice.
